Owner of NSG Consulting, Nanette Gregory, is traveling the Himalayas with her husband, Geoff, and friends, to raise money for Cool Earth.
Cool Earth exists to give cash directly to rainforest communities, to fund projects that create choice, tackle the root causes of deforestation and protect vital carbon sinks.
This is the mission. To back people that protect the rainforest and fight the climate change crisis.

During their trip, Nanette and Geoff will be trekking through the Himalayan Mountains in partnership with Rickshaw Run Himalaya. The journey is done using a glorified lawnmower as transportation, taking the highest roads in the world! This is a difficult, remote adventure designed for a small band of seasoned, hardy Adventurists.

A Life-changing Experience
The first leg of the mountain to desert adventure will feature around 1000km of remote valleys and seasonal high passes from Leh to Shimla. Big climbs, tiny roads hacked out of the mountain side with huge cliff-edge drop offs, possible snow or ice, and spectacular views.
The Basics of the Trip
To celebrate its glorious return post Covid they moved the finish line to Jaisalmer in Rajasthan. As a result, the distance has doubled and now includes a big sandy desert to finish off the expedition.
